Operation Scheduler includes two related but independent applications: Mine Scheduler generates plans for mining user defined units which are parts of a bench in a mining phase. The schedule may involve any number of phases from one or more mines. Blend Optimizer schedules production of any number of products blended from any number of raw materials (ores) over time. The raw materials are delivered to stockpiles daily, weekly, monthly, or on any other time scale and in each time period the stockpiles are used to blend specified quantities of products according to quality specifications.

Datamine’s OreController is a highly flexible modular grade control system which can be implemented for use at any open pit or underground mine using standard modules wherever appropriate. Additional, custom modules can be added where necessary, thus achieving the best balance between the development cost and implementation time span.

Ring Designer is an interactive graphics program that allows the design, editing and display of underground production blasthole layouts. Designs are produced which are within the physical limitations of the drill rig and the drilling excavations. Ring Designer is suitable for blasthole design with any stoping method, even if drilling 'rings' are not used. Ring Designer can generate reports of both drilling and charging information.

The complete 'on-site' solution for short term production control in limestone quarries supplying materials for cement manufacture. RM Manager is an easy-to-use, menu driven system for monitoring and controlling the day-to-day operation of limestone quarries supplying raw material for cement manufacture. It has been designed for use by production staff with a good basic knowledge of quarry operations but does not assume skills in surveying, geology, mine planning or computing.

Stereonet Viewer runs independently or alongside Datamine’s Studio and has a full Windows interface, making it very easy to use. The Stereonet Viewer is a powerful tool for the analysis of slope stability both underground and on the surface. Data can be selected in either the world or stereonet view and is automatically highlighted in the other view. The main purpose of the stereonet in structural geology is to aid the determination of structural trends. This might be a purely statistical analysis which would identify whether the data is random or has a preferred orientation, or data distributions may indicate some key structural issues.

Sirovision

More than just spatial data capture; Sirovision is a complete rock mass structure mapping and analysis system.  It uses stereo photographs from a commercially available digital camera to generate accurate and reliable 3D structures and geotechnical data. 3D Imaging of pits, benches and highwalls provides rapid, safe, low cost geological mapping and improved geotechnical assessment for increased productivity and improved safety.
