How do I delete an old project (*.DMD) file from the Recent Projects list? Delete (or rename) the .dmd file then select it from the Recent Projects list while starting up Datamine Studio. You will get a message saying that "The Project file does not exist" and the Project will be removed from the Recent Projects list.  
How do I select records from a file without using strings or wireframes? Use the PICREC process. PICREC is a powerful process enabling selection of records from a file if they conform to a series of input expressions. See the Studio help or follow the link:
